PROVENANCE OF THE ARMY AND NAVY CLUB'S MENUS

The Executive Chef and his team are passionate about food and only use the highest quality ingredients.

Club menus are sourced using British produce wherever possible, from the very best of suppliers.  Fish is delivered daily from Brixham in Devon, game comes from the Denham Estate in Suffolk, and Aberdeen Angus beef from Millers of Speyside.  Fruit and vegetables are bought from Covent Garden, again sourced as locally as possible.

The Army and Navy Club endeavours to use seasonal produce as available, and also promotes the use of rare breeds from British farms that abide by the highest standards of animal husbandry.
